Most "resorts" rent you a room inside a building full of other people's holidays. We rent the whole villa — pool, garden, kitchen and all four walls — to one group at a time. You set the pace; we handle the rest, from the chef to the bonfire wood.
You can book through our website using the stay calculator, or contact us via WhatsApp/phone. We require a 30% advance payment to confirm your booking, with the balance due 7 days before check-in.
Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in with full refund. Cancellations within 7-14 days receive 50% refund. No refund for cancellations within 7 days of check-in.
All villas include private pool, WiFi, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, caretaker service, parking, bed linens, towels, and basic toiletries. Chef service and meals are available on request at additional cost.
Standard check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability and additional charges.
Yes, we are pet-friendly! We welcome well-behaved pets at no additional charge. Please inform us in advance so we can prepare the villa accordingly.
